🍀 Employee Spotlight: Jeff Sadler 🍀 Like a four-leaf clover, a great safety manager is hard to find—and we’ve been lucky to find more than one. Among them is Jeff Sadler, who has been with the company just over a year and has already made a lasting impact. If you’ve met Jeff, you know he brings an outgoing, fun-loving energy wherever he goes. But don’t let that positive personality fool you—Jeff is intensely focused when it comes to safety. Few people are as passionate about protecting others as he is. “I enjoy the opportunity to help people,” Jeff says. “I enjoy teaching them how to keep themselves safe. But I also enjoy learning from people who are more knowledgeable than me. Even though I’m well into my career, there’s still so much to learn.” That mindset is exactly what makes Jeff so effective. As a safety manager, attention to detail isn’t optional—it’s critical. “If a safety issue isn’t mitigated, it has the potential to seriously hurt someone,” Jeff explains. “That’s why communication with the field teams is so important—understanding the daily scope, asking questions, and making sure safety is considered before the work begins.” Jeff works tirelessly alongside our crews to ensure OSHA compliance and—more importantly—that every employee goes home safely to their family at the end of the day. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys lifting weights, spending time with family, and being deeply involved in his church. When he’s not preaching safety on the job, he’s preaching love and grace in his community. It’s no surprise that his most valued fundamental is #1 – Act with Integrity. “Doing what you say and holding true to your word is the most important value to have,” Jeff says. “Once you lose that, you lose the respect of your peers.” Anyone can earn safety credentials and claim the title. But being a real safety manager takes more—it takes genuine care. It takes teaching, reinforcing, driving the message every single day. Sound exhausting? It can be. But that’s what excellence requires. And that’s exactly who Jeff is. Thank you, Jeff, for being the REAL DEAL in safety. We’re grateful to have you—and we appreciate everything you do. 💚💛
