TYNDALL AFB 02 PROJECTS 1 scaled

Federal Project

 Florida

C.A. Murren provided comprehensive site development, utility installation, and infrastructure improvements for multiple facilities at a federal site in Florida. The project included extensive demolition, erosion control, earthwork, grading, underground utilities, paving, and concrete improvements to support ongoing operations and future development.

 The Work

The work began with the removal of existing utility infrastructure, including sanitary sewer, storm drainage, water distribution, and underground electrical systems. Following demolition activities, our team implemented erosion and sediment control measures, site preparation, dewatering operations, and large-scale earthwork to establish proper grades and prepare the site for construction.

Underground utility improvements included installing and testing new sanitary sewer systems, storm drainage networks, water distribution infrastructure, manholes, cleanouts, and associated structures. Stormwater improvements required installing thousands of linear feet of reinforced concrete pipe and numerous drainage structures designed to support long-term site performance and resiliency.

In addition to utility work, C.A. Murren completed extensive paving and concrete improvements, including asphalt roadways, sidewalks, curbing, and pedestrian access areas. These improvements enhanced site functionality while supporting the operational needs of multiple facilities across the installation.

 Project Highlights

By coordinating demolition, earthwork, utility installation, drainage improvements, and site restoration activities, C.A. Murren delivered critical civil infrastructure improvements that support the continued mission and readiness of this federal site.
